48-th international exhibition "Fashion industry", held from 6 to 9 October 2016 in St. Petersburg Sports and Concert complex, represents more than 200 leading Russian and foreign companies.
The exhibitors will present current seasonal collections and favorite classics. The exhibition presents all directions of light and textile industry – from raw materials and equipment to finished products (clothes, shoes, accessories, etc.). Daily fashion shows help wholesale buyers to pick up the necessary range and sign contracts directly at the exhibition. For the first time in St. Petersburg, a buyer will find manufacturers of clothing and leather goods from Pakistan. The national exposition is organized with the support of the Federation of chambers of Commerce of Pakistan (FPCCI).
The business program based on the topics relevant to the fashion industry. Economic Forum of Fashion Industry is a universal platform for dialogue among industry professionals. Open Forum specialized conference "Light industry in the current economic conditions. Problems and prospects" (moderator Roman Gerasimov). 59 best works in the categories of Costume, textiles, Graphic design presented to the professional audience and the jury of the International Competition of young designers "Generation NEXT". For the first time in the Competition organized showroom where young designers learn the opinions of consumers about their collections and, in practice, using theoretical knowledge to promote their products.
