Saint Petersburg sports and concert complex (PSCC) is one of the best exhibition platforms in Saint Petersburg. Every year the exhibition projects held here are visited by over 3.5 million visitors.
The area of the main arena is 15 000 sqm, lobby area – 12 000 sqm. PSCC has all the conditions for business activities such as exhibition ground floor, equipped press center, meeting rooms for seminars and presentations. The advanced infrastructure allows visitors to work at expo shows without going from the pavilion to pavilion.

By plane
PSCC is a 15 minute drive from Pulkovo Airport inSaint-Petersburg. Buses №39, №39E and №K39 go every 10 minutes from the new terminal of St. Petersburg airport to metro station “Moskovskaya”.
By train
There are 5 railway stations in Saint Petersburg. The closest to PSCC are “Vitebskiy” and “Baltiyskiy” railway stations. A trip to the venue from there takes around 15-20 minutes by car.
By subway and public transport
PSCC is located near the metro stations “Park Pobedy” and “Electrosila”. It takes 10 minutes walking from “Park Pobedy” to the venue and around 20 minutes by trolleybuses №24 and №26 from “Elektrosila”.
Trolley buses №24 and №26 and bus №K25 stop right in front of the main entrance to PSCC.
By car
PSCC is located in “Moskovskiy” district of Saint Petersburg. It is one of the central areas of the city and can be easily accessed by car from any city point. PSCC has over 600 free parking places.
Hotels booking, meeting participants and guests and their transfers to St. Petersburg hotels are provided by "BGS" company which is a daughter company of "FAREXPO"

Tourist Visa for citizens of all countries
Citizens of all countries who have booked a hotel through the BGS Co may receive a voucher from the hotel for obtaining a Tourist Visa.
The price of tourist visa support depends on hotel. Visa support documents (a voucher + a confirmation) will be sent by BGS Co by email after the payment for the hotel, if you need original documents you should pay for a courier service.
Business Visa for European Union states citizens
Those citizens who are the residents of the member states of the European Union are provided with Business Visa, which is applying by BGS Co.
Invitation letter for Business Visa is made about 1 day and it is for free. Invitation letter will be sent by BGS Co by email, if you need original documents you should pay for a courier service.
Business Visa for non European Union states citizens
Those citizens who are not the residents of the member states of the European Union are provided with Business Visa which is making by BGS Co via UFMS (Federal migration service of Russia in Saint-Petersburg).
Invitation letter for Business Visa is made about 30 days, it costs 100 Euro. The documents should be given to BGS tour not later than in 50 days before the Tradefair. Later here is a possibility to get an urgent invitation letter for Business Visa which is made in 15 days and costs 200 euro. The documents for urgent invitation letter for Business Visa should be given to BGS tour in 30 days before the Tradefair. Original of invitation letter will be sent by BGS Co by post, you should also pay for a courier service.
