Terms of participation


  1. The application-contract for participation in the exhibition is the Agreement between the Participant and the Organizer of the exhibition.
  2. The basis for booking a stand is the payment of 30% of the total cost of participation, which is made within 7 days from the date of the invoice. Payment of the remaining 70% is made no later than 20 days before the start of the exhibition.
  3. The Exhibitor is not allowed to dismantle and move their exposition until the official closing of the exhibition.
  4. If the Participant violates the external and height boundaries of the stand, the Participant pays a fine in the amount of the rental cost of the excess area.
  5. Cancellation of participation in the exhibition is accepted only in writing, certified by the seal and signatures of the director and chief accountant no later than 20 days before the start of the exhibition. In case of cancellation of participation after this period or in case of no-show at the exhibition, the Participant pays a penalty in the amount of 30% of the total cost of participation in the exhibition.
  6. In the event of any disagreements or disputes regarding the execution of the Application-Contract, or in connection with it, the disputes shall be subject to consideration in the Arbitration Court of St. Petersburg.
